The compliance statement for the RKE Transmitter will read: FCC ID: GQ4-73T IC: 1470A-54T This device complies with Part 15 of the FCC Rules and with RSS-210 of Industry Canada. Operation is subject to the following two conditions: (1) This device may not cause harmful interference, and (2) This device must accept any interference received, including interference that may cause undesired operation. (3) The FCC ID and IC will be laser etched on the product housing under the battery cover. Le present appareil est conforme aux CNR d’Industrie Canada applicable aux appareils radio exempts de licence. L’exploitation est autorisee aux deux conditions suivantes: 1. L’appareil ne doit pas produire de brouillage. 2.
