Liepa I have a few comments on this Application. Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please note that the report and other documentation states that the device is being certified under 15.231a. Please note that certain requirements exist for devices under this rule part that have not been addressed in the documentation. For example, while the report states that the device is activated automatically, it does not say how it is automatically activated (what activates the device) or if activation is on a predetermined scheduled periodic event (not allowed). Please note that the manual provided only has FCC statements etc and does not contain any operator instructions. Please also note that the operational description does not explain how this device meets 15.231(a) requirements.
