October 3, 2008 RE: ATCB006827 – Class II permissive change / Existing family FCC ID: GQ4-32T & IC: 1470A-13T for TRW, Inc. The following is in response to the comments made on the above referenced application. 1. Please provide an agency letter for the FCC appointing Val Liepa to act as the agent on this application before the FCC. No such letter was provided in the submitted exhibits. Make sure this letter is signed by Jeff Rochette, the contact person on the FCC Grantee Code database for Grantee Code GQ4 (see second attachment to this email). Otherwise, Mr. Rochette may give permission in writing through a second letter for someone else to sign the FCC agency letter. A letter of agency has been provided. 2. The submitted user manual cites the wrong FCC ID and IC numbers below the line of stars in the user manual exhibit. Please submit a corrected user manual that lists FCC ID: GQ4-32T and IC: 1470A-13T as the device numbers in the user manual. User’s manual statement has been corrected. 3. For Your Information – In the future, please update your boilerplate language in Section 1 of the test report. IC is using Issue 7 of RSS-210 dated June 2007 not Issue 6 as the submitted test report states. This language needs to be corrected in future test reports or IC equipment approval may be delayed.
