Gentlemen:

Enclosed, find First International Computer Inc.‘s Application dated June 20, 2000. The subject FCC ID
was originally granted on April 4, 2000 in compliance with FCC Part 15, Subpart B of the FCC Rules.

This product was originally reported as a Multimedia Notebook Computer that was marketed with
various features and options such as: (1) one—of four type CPU by Intel Pentium III types 450, 500 650
and Celeron 500 that are provided with external clock frequencies 66, 95 and 100 MHz; (2) AC Adapter
with DC cable with ferrite core by Delta type ADP—65DB or by Lite—On type ADS7; (2) one—of—four type
LCD with maximum resolution 800x600 and 1024x768, Non—Interlaced; (3) one of three type CD or
DVD ROM Drives; (4) USB port; (5) optional Fax/Modem Card Askey 56K; (7) optional LAN Card
Ambit T90L020; and (8) various other features and options.

This Class II Change is to report: (1) one—of—six added CPU by Intel Pentium III types 600, 700, 750 and
Celeron 450, 550 and 650; (2) added Port Bar; and (3) other miscellaneous optional additions, refer to
test report test modes for full description.

This EUT was multimedia system tested in accordance with ANSI C63.4—1992 with all available
interface ports connected to suitable peripheral devices. The provided tests were performed in six
representative configuration to show compliance with FCC Part 15 Class B limits.
