Consistent to the direction provided on the earlier product, we are including the following documents with our submission for Certification of Starkey‘s wireless hearing aid having an FCC ID of EOA—24LIVIOM312. e The FCC Response to Inquiry to FCC (Tracking Number 775017) e Supporting documents similar to those associated with that Inquiry o Figure 1 below showing curved nature, relative size, and available printed area and FCC ID of EOA—24LIVIOM312 micro RIC 312 hearing aid. e The relevant page from the User Manual showing the alternate FCC ID marking location and other Part 15 required wording.
