("Honeywell"). I am also the contact of record for FCC Grantee Code MQO, which is held by Vocollect, Inc., a subsidiary of Intermec Technologies Corporation. I hereby authorize Michael Robinson and Sean MacKellar to act on my behalf for any activities related to FCC Grantee Codes EHA, HN2 and MQO, including, but not limited to, signing applications, requesting confidentiality and authorizing third parties to act as authorized agents with respect to the above codes. This authorization shall be effective while the above—named individuals are active employees of Honeywell or its subsidiaries, unless this authorization is earlier withdrawn by Honeywell. Honeywell certifies that no party (as defined in 47 C.F.R. Section 1.2002(b)) identified in this letter is subject to a denial of federal benefits that includes FCC benefits pursuant to Section 5301 of the Anti—Drug Abuse Act of 1988, 21 U.S.C. § 862.
