The application is for an original approval of an Intermec 730 Mobile Computer. The 730 contains a 2.4GHz 802.11b WLAN radio originally manufactured by Actiontec and an authorization letter from them is included in Exhibit 13. D.6 Note: The 730 can also contain a Bluetooth module. This module is currently at BABT undergoing certification, FCC id: EHABTM210. The module can co—transmit with the 802.11b module. A report containing the co—transmission results will be available shortly to support this aspect. 1 have discussed with Hilton and agreed that the Grant will be for the 730 alone and also for the 730 with Bluetooth module co—located and co—transmitting. This will allow Intermec to sell the product with or without the Bluetooth module. A confidentiality letter and an authorisation letter from Intermec are also included. This application is part of a wider compliance project — NC611453. Please do not invoice Intermec directly.
