To whom it may concern:

GE MDS would like to make a change to the Contention Based Protocol and include this in the
Class II Permissive Change applications referenced above. The main change is to have the
ability to retry on the same channel in addition to their current method of changing frequencies
when an interferer has been detected. A revised Theory of Operation document has been
uploaded for review.
