                        INTERTEK TESTING SERVICE
                                                          Report No.: HK11011230-1

                             RF Exposure Evaluation

According to the guidelines of FCC’s OET KDB 447498 D01, “Mobile and Portable
Device - RF Exposure Procedures and Equipment Authorization Policies”, the SAR
evaluation for mobile and portable is exempted if the output power is not greater than
60 mW.
   f ( GHz )

   1. Tested model of S-00113 is a Portable Device, and the operation frequency
      range is 2.402 – 2.480 GHz.

      Output power threshold
      = 60 / 2.480
       = 24.19(mW )

   2. The maximum field strength measured (FS) of shaker unit was 102 dBμV/m.
The distance (D) between the antenna and the equipment under test (EUT)
was 3 meters. And the maximum source-based time-averaging duty factor is
      3.125%.

      The radiated power
      = (FS*D)2 / 30
      = 4.755mW

The radiated (EIRP) source-based time-averaging output power
      = (4.755 * 0.03125) mW
      = 0.149mW

   3. The conducted peak transmit power measured of shaker unit was 0.51 dBm.
And the maximum source-based time-averaging duty factor is 3.125%.

      The conducted power
      =1.115mW

The conducted source-based time-averaging output power
      = (1.115 *0.03125) mW
      = 0.0348mW

The maximum output power (higher value of conducted or radiated (EIRP) source
based time-averaging output power) is 0.149mW and is not greater than the above
output power threshold 24.19mW; therefore the hand SAR evaluation is exempted.
