Logitech, Inc. 6505 Kaiser Drive, Fremont, CA 94555 USA Tel: (360) 817-1200 ; Fax (360) 817-1331 April 7, 2011 Subject: Attestation of Conformity to 47 CFR 15.407(c) To Whom It May Concern, We, Logitech, Inc., hereby attest that our device, FCC ID: DZLS00112, Model Number S-00112, shall discontinue transmission in case of either absence of information to transmit or operational failure in accordance with 47 CFR 15.407(c). The S-00112 device is a client device as defined within 47 CFR 15.202. The S-00112 only transmits acknowledge (ACK) packets to the access point when data is received from the access point to confirm (or not confirm) successful receipt of data from the access point. If no data is transmitted from the access point, no acknowledge packets are transmitted from S-00112. When no data is transmitted from the access point, only control information is transmitted between the access point to S-00112 to maintain a link between the two devices until data is available.
