In addition, I acknowledge that to allow listing of the certified product, Nemko Canada will make available to Industry Canada necessary information as required under IC CB- 02 section 6.5, which may in turn be published on the REL on the Industry Canada website. However there are some information submitted which we regard as containing trade secrets and proprietary information and Codan Limited requests this information not be made public. These are: - Schematics - Block diagrams - Theory of operation - Technical Service Manual (this contains schematics and is NOT for the user) The very same documents have also been requested to remain confidential in a letter from Codan Limited to the FCC - Confidentiality Request letter dated 05 Dec 2005. These materials contain trade secrets and proprietary information and are not customarily released to the public. The public disclosure of this information might be harmful to the company and provide unjustified benefits to our competitors.
