Dear Examiner, This is to request a Class II permissive change for FCC ID: DKNX34, originally granted on 10/12/2012. The major change filed under this application is: Adjusting Wi-Fi channel power, out of band characteristics, and adding a SW security exhibit into the filing to bring the product into compliance with the FCC “New” Rules per FCC 1st Report and Order FCC 14-30. Converting 5GHz operation under 15.247 to 15.407. Old and New rules along with test procedures were reviewed. Old reports used during initial certification used the applicable KDB procedures and ANSI C63.10 standard and as the product remains unchanged in HW/SW for U-NII-1 and the reports do not need to be revised.
