1) For licensed devices, information regarding BOTH the DC voltages and currents applied into the several elements of the final radio frequency amplifying device for normal operation over the power range do not appear to have been provided (2.1033(c)(8)). This data is not required due to our dual certification in part 74 and part 15. As stated in 2.1033(c), these requirements are for equipment "other than that operating under parts 15, 11 and 18 of this chapter". We do not have this data, nor have we ever submitted it for the many iterations of this product that are already certified in the market.
