August 14, 2012 Regarding FCC ID label placement for this application, DMP wishes to place the label inside the enclosure. The required labeling is silk screened onto the Printed Circuit Board. The device is sold without battery installed and device disabled. This location will ensure the end user is able to view the label before operation. The identifier label will be readily viewable upon installation and each time the front cover is opened or battery removed. The equipment is required to be mounted before operation thus exposing the label before operation. This location will help ensure the longevity of the label as this equipment may be in service in harsh environments.
