TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN: This is to request a Class II permissive change for FCC ID: C3K1525, originally granted on June 19, 2013 and then C2PC on Sept 18, 2013. June 19th grant has DFS bands on both Network radio and Accessory radio disabled. Sept 18th C2PC has both enabled. The changes filed under this application are: Change 1: Updated tests and reports to meet U-NII rules adopted by the Commission in ET Docket No. 13-49 (Report and Order FCC 14-30). Change 2: Disable and remove the DFS master operation on Accessory radio. No change to Network radio except retested to meet new U-NII rules.
