Modular approval Requirements Characteristics: FCC Part 15

Request for Limited Modular Approval (LMA). The module will only be installed in products of Horizon
Hobby, LLC (Grantee). Hence the control of the end product will be always be maintained, such that full
compliance of the end product is always ensured.
