Purpose of Change Dear Sir/Madam: Re: Application for a Permissive Change Filing with FCC ID: BJ4-WLTX313-A IC: 3984A-WLTX313A HVIN: WLTX-313-A The purpose of this document is to describe all the changes that are made on new model from the original certified model in order to meet the requirements.
