Addendum to the Declaration of RF Exposure Compliance for exemption from Routine
Evaluation Limits, report completed by lntertek

Note that the EUT is a base station device that is used in a Mobile Configuration. The maximum
measured output power was 19.2 dBm (83 mW) and the antenna gain is stated by the
manufacturer to be 1 dBi. Therefore, the EUT generates 20.2 dBm (105mW) EIRP peak, and
with a duty cycle of —4%, the average EIRP is 4.2 mW and the minimum safe distance where
the power density equals the General Occupation RF exposure limit of 1 mW/cm2 is 0.35 cm.
