Subject:     Request permission to use Wi-Fi / Bluetooth test reports from model A1458 in
             our applications for model A1460 and A1459

FCC IDs:     BCGA1458, BCGA1460, BCGA1459

To whom it may concern:

Pursuant to KDB 996369, we request permission to use Wi-Fi and Bluetooth test reports
from model A1458 (FCC ID: BCGA1458) in our application for model A1460 (FCC ID:
BCGA1460) and model A1459 (FCC ID: BCGA1459).

Models A1458, A1460 and A1459 share the same enclosure, main logic board, display,
battery and I/O design. All three models use the same Wi-Fi / Bluetooth chipset/module and
antennas, and operate using the same transmit power levels. Also, all three models run the
same iOS software.

Model A1458 is a tablet device that only has IEEE 802.11a/b/g/n and Bluetooth radio and no
cellular radio capabilities.

Model A1460 is a tablet device identical to A1458 except that it also has a cellular radio and
antennas that provide GPRS, EGPRS, UMTS, DC-HSDPA, HSPA+, CDMA 1xRTT, EV-
DO Rev. 0, Rev A, Rev B and LTE radio functions, and also supports a GPS receiver. The
CDMA Bands supported are BC0, BC1, BC6 and BC10. The UMTS bands supported are
FDD I, II, V, VI, VIII. The LTE bands supported are FDD 1, 3, 5, 13 and 25.

Model A1459 is identical to A1460 except that the LTE Band support is different and that it
does not have CDMA radio functions. Model A1459 supports LTE FDD 2, 4, 5 and 17 bands.
