Description of CD5030 unit 1.Upd70f3368(V850/SJ3) is main CPU,from freescale,programming for CAR CD works at 3.93216MHz clock.and 32.768KHz clock input on one timer. 2.MSB1110 is sony bluetooth module,the module is afully integratea class 2 radio and baseband module conforming to ver 1.2 and ver 2.0 of the bluetooth specification.the UART TX,RX,RTS and CTS interface connect to main CPU. 3.IC205 JRC NJM4565V is microphone audio signal buffer for bluetooth telephone.. 4.IC203 JRC NJM4565V is audio signal amplifier for bluetooth. 5.J402 LDA313G331F-243 is bluetooth antenna. 6.AK7780 is a highly intergrated audio processor.analog signal of BT,TUNER,AUX,LAN,CD input to AK7780 ADC part,system clock 16.9344MHz from UPD63901 SCK iuput. 7.Upd63901 IS usb DECODER WORKS AT 48MHz,system clock is 16.9344MHz,digital signal LRCK and DOUT input to AK7780. 8.AK4359 is eight channels 24 bit DAC corresponding to digital audio system,output analog signal to JRC NJM4564V amplifier. 9.TA8269HQ is system regulater.RESET,BU-DET,ACC-DET,ST-BY and ACC-CTL interface nennect to main CPU. 10.DC to DC converter LTC3728LEGN phase lockable frequency at 315KHz.from main CPU DD_CLK output 315KHz. 11.MFI341S2094 is ipod authentication,works at 32.768KHz clock.SCL,SDA,RDY and RST interface

connect to main CPU. 12.M25PE10 is 1M bit page-erasable serial flash menory.CS,CLK,DI,DO and RST interface connect to main CPU. 13.M5198BFP is semiconductor integrated circuit for resetting of all types of logic circuits such as CPUS.and has the feature of setting the detection voltage by adding exteral resistance. 14.HD64F2506 is panel CPU,from freescale,programming for display driver works at 12.58MHz, it can be used for frequency display in microprocessor-controlled radio receiver and in other display applications.CE,RST,IRQ,SCLK,SI and SO interface connect to main CPU. 15.S29JL032H is 32M bit simultaneous Read/Write flash memory. 16.BA3121F is ground isolation amplifier for aux in mode. IC302 NJM4565V is audio signal buffer for aux in mode. 17.HA12240FP is developed to be used as a bus interface LAN driver.it implements a two-wire serial bus. LAN TX/RX interface connect to main CPU for HA12240FP. 18.CD DECK,make up of MN6627971 servo decoder,AN41010A motor driver and pick up, IS45S16100 SDRAM.
