The equipment in this application is HP model HSN-Q20C, 2 in 1 PC. The equipment is provided with a detachable keyboard for use in notebook or tablet mode as described within this filing. The equipment will also include two previously authorized transmitter modules as described below. FCC ID: B94-AX200D2LP , granted 4/01/2019 by change of ID. This is a WLAN 802.11a/b/g/n/ac/ax module that is authorized for portable/mobile conditions. FCC ID: ZMOL860GL, granted 9/07/2018. This is a PCS licensed transmitter LTE module authorized as single modular approval to Fibocomm Wireless Antenna specifications for these modules are included within this filing. It is also our intention to apply the PAG re-use process for granting approvals. The full PAG review was previously performed under KDB 498903. We believe this application meets the conditions for PAG re-use as it is a special rf exposure compliance condition. The only differences with this PAG re-use application and the full PAG KDB 498403 is the authorized WWAN module is next generation using Fibocomm L860 vs older L850. The WLAN/BT module, antennas, time averaging SAR algorithm and validation methods are all the same as those previously reviewed. Sincerely, Steven C.
