Subject: Application for a Class II Permissive Change Request to certified transmitter with
FCC ID: AZ492FT3805, CM200 (146-174 MHz)

Gentlemen:

Motorola Inc, 8000 West Sunrise Boulevard, Fort Lauderdale, Florida, herein submits its
Class II Permissive application to the subject transmitter.

We are adding Emission Designators 11K0F2D and 16K0F2D to existing equipment
authorization Grant. This is done without any hardware and/or software change to the
transmitter. This designator is required for using the transmitter with Motorola MOSCAD
Remote Terminal Units that use QDPSK and FSK modems.

This transmitter is intended for use in a Mobile Radio environment with capabilities for clear
communications with a variable transmit power of 1 to 28 Watt operating within the
following frequency ranges: 146 to 174 MHz.

The addition of these two Emission Designators does not affect any of the original data,
including SAR, on file at the FCC when certification was granted.

The subject transmitter complies with Section 90.203 of the Rules in that the operator
cannot directly program transmit frequencies using the unit's normally accessible external
controls.

A Class II Permissive application is enclosed. Contact Mike Ramnath at (954) 723-5793 if
you require any additional information.

Sincerely,
/s/ Mike Ramnath (signed)
