This is to request an application of referencing test data across separate equipment authorization
for new FCC ID: APYHRO00270

1. We declare that the test data of Equipment Class DTS and DSS under original FCC ID:
APYHRO00268 is being referenced by new FCC ID: APYHRO00270.

2. These two FCC IDs contain the same PCB, layout, display, I/O digital IC, and battery spec, and
confines in the same enclosure. These two IDs employ the identical chipset, circuit layout, antenna
of WLAN b/g/n and Bluetooth with the same default setting of transmitted output power level and
same software/firmware controlling radio parameters.
The only difference between the two FCC IDs is that the device of original FCC ID:
APYHRO00268 is equipped with NFC chipset and the device of new FCC ID: APYHRO00270 has
no NFC chipset.

3. Spot-check based on the worst-case result in the original FCC ID: APYHRO00268 exhibitions have
been submitted with this application for verification, please refer to report ER/2019/10069 for RF
for spot check evaluation.

4. The test reports under original FCC ID: APYHRO00268 in below matrix are fully referred for the
