The modular transmitter complies with the antenna requirements of Section 15.203 and 204(c) with a unique control logic. Please refer the separated exhibit “Confidential_BIOS_Lock.pdf”. In accordance with the ET Docket 03–201; FCC 04–165, July 12/2004, and Federal Register / Vol. 69, No. 172, September 7/2004, the full testing was performed with the highest peak antenna gain among the supported host devices. IBM laptop PC, ThinkPad T40 Series (15 inch LCD model) has the highest gain, then selected for the full testing. And the all antenna systems used for the applying module are listed clearly in this application. 5. The modular transmitter was tested in a stand-alone configuration with the built-in antenna of the subjected host device connected to the proper AC adapter. It complied with the AC power line conducted requirements found in Section 15.207. 6. The modular transmitter is labeled with its own FCC ID number. Also the host device in which the modular is plugged has the proper FCC ID indication. Please refer to the separate exhibit “Product_Labeling”. 7. The modular transmitter complies with the applied specific rule and operating requirements applicable to the transmitter, and the adequate instructions along with the module to be explained to users are provided with the user’s manual. 8. The modular transmitter complies with the applicable RF exposure requirements. The proper RF exposure evaluations were performed with the host device in line with the FCC Rule , Section 2.1093 in making a reference to the footnote 14 of the Section 3 in Supplement C of OET Bulletin 65. We declare that J07M067 meet the following requirement of FCC Public Notice DA00-1407. 1. The modular transmitter must have its own RF shielding cover on top side, which shields over the RF circuit ( crystal , BCM2035 radio transceiver chip, ..etc).. 2. The modular transmitter must have its own buffered modulation/data inputs. All inputs to the modules are buffered through the logic or microprocessor (BCM2035) circuitry. 3. The modular transmitter has its own internal 1.8V power regulator and local reference oscillator. The device operates from the 3.3V host PC supply.
