The report as a stand-alone document does not describe why the test is being performed or how the device is configured. Yes, the C2PC letter lists 3 new antennas and a Lithium Ion Battery as the changes, but the RF report does not indicate that the RE emissions are being performed on any certain configuration of this device, does not describe the antennas or the new battery. The report should be able to stand alone and document what was tested so it could be repeated. Since this is a partial compliance report it should also clearly state why only RE test is being performed and indicate that it is for a permissive change. CT – Please see Rev 3 test report exhibit.
