I have reviewed the FCC PBA request response and there is one item that did not seem to get
addressed in this application submittal:

The FCC has requested in item 4 of their KDB Response 803186, that SAR
testing should be performed at powers of 120% of rated power unless the
device is not capable of operating at those powers. The SAR report
documents power of 37.2dBm, or 5.25W, for this device rated at 5W. The RF
test report page 13 of 43 indicates that the maximum allowed power (rating)
of 2.1033(c)(7) is 6W. Please address this concern of the FCC's in this
application.

Please let me know if you have any questions or concerns. Please provide a
response to the above issue so this review can be continued.

The SAR testing was performed at the maximum power that the radio is capable of operating at.
This radio in not capable of operating at 120% of the rated power
Page 13 of the Part 90 test report lists the maximum power allowable per the FCC standard it
was tested to.
