SUBJECT: Class II Permissive Change FCC ID: AJKPN822-0336


To Whom It May Concern:

We, the undersigned, hereby authorize Sharon Hoffman at Timco Engineering, Inc. on
our behalf, to apply to the Federal Communications Commission for a Class II permissive
change on our equipment which will have the FCC ID AJKPN822-0336. Any and all acts
carried out by Ms. Hoffman, Mr. Sanders, or Timco Engineering with respect to this
equipment on our behalf shall have the same effect as acts of our own.

I certify that all exhibits contained within this filing properly describe the device or system
for which authorization is sought.

I further certify that appropriate arrangements have been made to assure that production
units of this equipment bearing the name and FCC identifier listed in this application will
continue to comply with the Commission's requirements.
