In addition, Rockwell Collins is simultaneously submiting a request for walver of Sections 87.131, 87.133(a), 87.137(6), 87.139(0)(3), 87.139(0(3), 87.141(), and 87.145(4) of the Federal Communications Commission‘s (FCC) rules to the Public Sefety and Critcal Infrestructure Division. One complete set of documents covering the HST—2110, including a detailed product description and test date, is submitted as part of the Appliation. Rockell Colins is sending ancther complete set of the documents to the Federal Aviation Administration (FAA) pursuant to FCC Rules Part 87.147(d).
