The FCC 1b is: AJK8221785. Exhibits E1, E2, E3, E4, and ES (Gchematic Diagrams), 1 (Internal Photos), and 3 (Tune— Up Procedure/Parts List) have information concerning signal processing methods and also methods used for alignment and adjustment of tolerances of spectrum for the equipment. Te information is confidential and is customariy guarded from competitors. If a compatitor were to obtain thisinformation, it could use the Information to reverse engineer the SRT—21008. As a result, the CC should protect this Information from public disclosure under Exemption 4 of the Freedom of Information Act (5 U.S.C. § 552(b)(4)) because disclosing the information could reasonably be expected to cause substantial competitive harm to Rockwell Colins, Inc Your early consideration of the Application is respectfully requested..
