Declaration on radiation safety standard conformance To whom it may concern: Sanyo Electric Co., Ltd. 1-1 Sanyo-cho Daito City Osaka 574-8534 Japan declares that the following product FCC ID : AEZCPE-400-270 Model number : CPE-400-270 Description : W-CDMA Subscriber Terminal Equipment class : Licensed non-broadcast station transmitter has a maximum e.i.r.p. of 31.2 dBm (1318 mW) in the frequency range of 2305 - 2315 MHz. The prediction of the power density at 20 cm distance of the radiating structures of the product can be calculated as follows (in accordance with OET Bulletin 65 (edition 97-01), page 19, equation 4): S = EIRP / (4*π * R2) S = EIRP / (4* π *R2) = 1318 mW / (4 * π *(20cm)2) = 0.26 mW/cm2 (limit = 1.0 mW/cm2) This means that the product as defined above fulfills the requirements on power density for general population/uncontrolled exposure with reference to table 1 (B) of 47 CFR Part 1.1310 where the limit for power density in the frequency range of 1.5 - 100.0 GHz has been set to 1.0 mW/cm2.
