RE: Correction of FCC ID

Dear Sir or Madam:

I have filed form 731 (confirmation # EA98981) for a change in FCC ID for our
Equipment FRS-1000A (RSB-0071). I believe that all exhibits should be on record
under FCC ID Grant ADB9ZWRTR067 Grant date 04/02/99. I have submitted one
additional exhibit (FCC label drawing) for your review. There has been no change in
equipment functionality or operation, we only want to change the FCC ID number as
there was a typo on our original application.
