Please note that further comments may arise in response to answers provided to the questions below. 1. Please note that the technical information has not been provided on the 731 form. Please include this information. 2. Please note that the request for confidentiality includes schematics, technical description and parts list but does not appear to include the Block diagram. This means that currently the Block diagram is not considered confidential information. If the Block diagram is desired to be held confidential, please provide a request for confidentiality that includes this exhibit. 3. FYI - No action required. Please note that ANSI C63.4 states that the for making peak measurements the video bandwidth is to be set to at least 3 times the Resolution BW (section 4.2 of ANSI C63.4 2003). Please note that on page 29 of the test report states that the RBW and VBW are both 1MHz. 4. Please note that the grantee for this device is General Instrument Corporation and not Motorola. Please note that this means that Motorola has no obvious authority for this application. This also means that the non-modification statement in the manual which states Motorola as the responsible party is not correct. Please change the statement to say either General Instrument Corporation or to simply state ‘the responsible party’ in place of Motorola. 5. Please note that the address of the Canadian representative (Motorola Canada Ltd.) listed on the IC form does not match any of the Canadian Motorola branches listed on the IC web site. The address listed on the IC website for Motorola Canada Ltd. is MOTOROLA CANADA LTD. 1545 Carling Ave, Ottawa Ontario M2H 3H7 Canada (IC company number 109AD). Please verify the company address and IC number for the Canadian rep. 6. Please note that the IC form is incomplete. Please provide the following information on this form: power levels of the device, Occupied Bandwidth information, emissions designator information, transmitter spurious emissions information, receiver spurious emissions information. 7. Please note that the OATS number for Rheintech Labs on the IC form is 3231, however, the number for Rheintech listed on the IC is 2956. The IC number 3231 appears to be a Motorola number for their lab in PA. Please correct as necessary.
