Ben Botros, Project Manager Product Safety and Compliance Department Class II Permissive Change Letter October 19, 2018 MSBD-18-F004 Federal Communications Commission Authorization and Standards Division 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 USA Subject: Class II Permissive Change Application for Panasonic Single Modular, Model WW18A under FCC ID: ACJ9TGWW18A Certified Under FCC Parts 22H, 24E, 27 and 90 For Installation within Panasonic Personal Computer, Model CF-33 (mk1 series) To whom it may concern: Pursuant to CFR§2.1043, Panasonic Corporation of North America hereby requests a Class II Permissive Change for its application with FCC ID: ACJ9TGWW18A. This authorization only covers the Class II permissive change application for the following changes:  Output power setting was reduced from 23.8 dBm to 23 dBm by firmware change in LTE B7 and B41 to be equipped into the Panasonic PC.  Mobile to Portable Classification due to Installation into Panasonic PC (Model: CF-33)  This module used in the Host PC CF-33 has the power reduction mode which is specially programmed and tuned by proximity sensor to operate at a lower power setting than the original maximum power to ensure that the output power does not exceed the targets described in the SAR report.  Collocation with Wireless Module Model: WL16A with pre-existing FCC ID: ACJ9TGWL16A, whose SAR test data is included in this application.  The Host PC CF-33 doesn’t support LTE band 30 which is disabled by Software at the factory.  No other radio parameters have been changed.
