I would like to submit the Justification letter for FCC review and approval on the exempt of FCC ID, IC NO. and Certification logo on Product body for my prod according to the guidelines specified in “784748 D01 Labelling Part 15 18 Guidelines v08”. The product is a wireless headphone using Bluetooth technology. The product surface is spherical and there is not enough space to show the certification logo, F drawing with dimensions and Justification letter are attached for your reference.
