RESPONSE:
Please approve the device with the enclosure with which it was tested. The enclosure used for testing is what will be
marketed. The device and the enclosure will be marketed together for demonstration purposes and sold primarily for
prototype usage. We expect that most of our customers will seek approval in their own name with test data to cover
their own packaging and configuration of TIRIS technology within their products as has been done over the years.
Nevertheless, we believe that it is important to have this configuration approved in order to show prospective
customers that the TIRIS device can be used in systems that are FCC compliant
