iCtrl X1 USER MANUAL 使用说明书

Introduction iCtrl X1 system is designed to improve the quality of life of our customers. Product compatibility Demand for smart device: a) iOS 8.0 or higher virson b) Andriod 4.4 or higher virson Quick Start Guide Carefully read all instructions before use, so that you can use this product correctly. Please keep this quick start guide for future reference. Step 1： Download App Available on the Searching iCtrl X1 in Apple store or Google play iCtrl X1 or visit www.ictrl.hk. Step 2: Turn on the Bluetooth Android device & iOS device: Enter Settings and turn on Bluetooth. Step 3: Operating the App Tap the icon to select devices and operate. 1

Control Once the device is connected, the app will enter the next screen. When the device is in the memory position, the button background will turn blue. 2

FAQ Ⅰ. Unable to connect the device: A.If you cannot connect the device after the first installation, please restart the handheld device. B.iCtrl X1 disconnects during operation and is unable to reconnect. 1. Check whether the device is connected with other handheld devices. 2. Restart iCtrl software. 3. Restart Bluetooth (Turn off Bluetooth and wait for 10 seconds until restart). 4. Restart the device. 5. Restart the handheld device. Ⅱ. Memory position errors: A. If power supply is cut off while the device is operating, there will be an error in memory positioning. B.The device works too frequently. When it returns to “memory position”, the position appears as an error. Solution: Tap and hold the “Down” button in iCtrl X1 App until movement stops, and then the error will be resolved. C. No memory position function is available: While turning on the “Memory position”, the device will stop running after working for some time without returning to "Memory position". Solution: Please check whether “Device control box” and “Actuator / motor” are properly connected (It is suggested to be done by professionals.). Ⅲ. Sudden power failure: When power supply is cut off under proper connection of the handheld terminal and device, it is necessary to go through the following operation for reconnecting: A: Turn off “iCtrl X1” software completely. B: Select “Phone – Settings – Bluetooth – Off”. C: Wait 10 seconds, then restart the device and “iCtrl X1” software. Then it will resume normal operation. 软件界面 打开软件后会进入以下界面 可编辑 此处显示最近连接的设备 图片以及设备备注名 此处显示最近连接的 设备名称（默认名） 界面介绍 单推 双推：头+座 双推：腰+座 三推 记忆按键(共4个按键)，无记忆状态：黑底白字 1 当按键存储了记忆位置后，按键显示为：白底黑字 当操作当前按键的位置时，按键显示为：蓝底白字 7

问题以及故障排除 一 设备不能连接 A 第一次安装后，无法连接设备，请重新启动手持智能终端。 B 使用过程中iCtrl X1连接断开并且无法再次连接。 1.检查设备是否与其它手持智能终端连接。 2.重新启动iCtrl X1软件。 3.重新启动蓝牙（关闭蓝牙后等待10秒后启动） 4.重新启动设备。 5.重新启动手持智能终端。 二 记忆位置出现错误： A 当设备正在运作的过程中，终止供电，会出现记忆位置错误。 B 设备工作次数太多。在回到“记忆位置”时，位置出现误差。 解决方法：按住iCtrl X1软件中的“复位”按钮， 使设备回复到初始位置，即可以修复上述错误。 C 没有位置记忆功能： 在启动“记忆位置”的时候，设备会工作一段时间后停止，不能回到“记忆位置” 请检测“设备控制盒”和“电动推杆”是否正确连接（建议由专业人员完成）。 三 设备突然断电： 在手持终端和设备正常连接的情况下电力供应中断，这时必需通过以下操作才能重新连接： A: 将“iCtrl X1”软件完全关闭。 B: 选择 “手机—设置—蓝牙—关闭”。 C: 等待10s后，再重启设备和“iCtrl X1”软件。 即可以恢复正常工作。 规格说明 电源输入 100V~240V 电源输出 29V 2A 额定功率 58W 蓝牙版本 4.0+EDR 保修条款 Ø 这个有限的保证并不会限制您的合法权益。 Ø 保修期为自购买日期一年内。 Ø 您可以通过原始发票（收据）来证明您的购买日期。 Ø 产品序列号在说明书第2页。 Ø 保修仅限于故障设备的维修。运输费、其它费用、升级和运输以及产品安装中的风险不在保修范围内。 Ø 以下情况不适用： · 因非专业的安装、错误连接或者不正确的包装导致的损失。 · 因任何没在说明书中列出来的使用方式、不小心、改装或者使用了不是由eMoMo生产或者允许的部件 而导致的损失。 10
