Grant Date: March 30, 2007 Gentlemen: Transmitted herewith, is an amended application for a Class II Permissive Change Certification of the Cellular/PCS CDMA Phone with WLAN and Bluetooth. The device is identical to the previously certified Cellular/PCS CDMA Phone with WLAN and Bluetooth except for the following: 1. GPS LNA module and its related components were added. 2. An empty space in the corner of the pcb was created to enhance impact reliability. 3. The tape between the PBA and the LCD FPCB has been re-sized for cost-cutting purposes. 4. An LED circuit was added to enhance the brightness of the light under the QWERTY keypad. 5. The Metalizing Process replaced the previous EMI Spray Process for better RF performance and more uniform electrical resistance. 6. The radiation pattern of the antenna has been changed.
