Questions and responses follows:

1) User manual says "tested and meets the FCC ... when used with a Samsung accessory designated for
this product ..."

- this filing does not appear to describe any accessories. Please explain, and amend filing if appropriate.

Currently the only available body-worn accessory in production for this device is the earpiece and AC
adapter. There are currently no other body-worn accessories available for this product. However in the
event that an accessory becomes available for this product to affect Body-Worn RF Exposure, we will
apply for a Class II Permissive change.

2) Body SAR has test for 1.5 cm spacing with keypad open. Supplement C 1.5 cm spacing configuration is
intended to address exposure conditions only when device is used specifically with some accessory to
provide that that spacing for body-worn with earphone conditions. Please explain the in-accessory
keypad-open normal-use conditions for this device, or amend SAR data for other keypad-open no-
accessory positions if appropriate.

Please find attached revised manual and SAR data/photos deleting the body-worn SAR conditions with
the keyboard open. Keyboard use on the phone is restricted to use in the hand only.

3) If not in filing already, please describe details of co-transmitting SAR evaluation.

Co-transmitting operating conditions are included in the details of the revised SAR Test Report.

4) If not in filing already, further to 3) please amend internal photos to show relative locations of all
antennas and as installed in chassis.

Please find attached amended internal photographs indicating relative locations of all antennas.

Sincerely,

Steve Kim
