DC—1140 Ossia Cota WPT Source Theory of Operation DC—1141 Ossia Cota WPT Source Block Diagram DC—1143 Ossia Cota WPT Source Antenna Specification DC—1149 Ossia Cota WPT Source Schematic Diagram Please note that these documents are commercially sensitive information, and we respectfully request that the Commission treat them as highly confidential and withhold them from public inspection under Section 552(b)(4) of the Freedom of Information Act, Sections 0.457 and 0.459 of the Commission‘ rules, and any other applicable section of the Commission‘s rules. If a request for disclosure is made, or confidentiality is not permitted, please provide Ossia with sufficient notice prior to disclosure so that it may pursue remedies to preserve confidentiality. In additional to above mentioned documents, pursuant to Public Notice DA 04—1705 of the Commission‘s policy, in order to comply with the marketing regulations in 47 CFR §2.803 and the importation rules in 47 CFR §2.1204, while ensuring that business sensitive information remains confidential until the actual marketing of newly authorized devices. We are requesting the Commission to grant our short—term confidentiality request on the following attachments until 180 days from our grant date.
