Statement on Conformity Date of issue: 2019-05-16 FEDERAL COMMUNICATIONS COMMISSION Authorization and Evaluation Division 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21046 We, WTS Positioning Solutions AB declare on request of that the product: Trax G+, Model: Trax 3.1, FCC ID: 2AR8M-TRAX3G to which this declaration relates, is in conformity with relevant requirements in KDB447498 D01 v06 regarding RF Exposure The product will fall under 6.3 in KDB447498 D01 v06 and due to it´s design clause 6.3 will apply. Operational Description: The TRAX G+ Tracker is a body-worn tracking device. The unit utilizes GPS data and other location.monitoring technologies to accurately track people, pets, vehicles or objects The maximum transmission rate is once per every 10 seconds. RF Exposure Conditions: The Trax G+ tracking device is intended for operation in the general population / uncontrolled RF exposure environment with an cellular transmitter being used on:GPRS/EDGE 850 or 1900 MHz and WCDMA Band 2/5. The maximum transmission rate when active is once every 10 second and the data consist of 140bytes. In 2G network(GPRS/EDGE), At the lowest data rate 8 kbit/s every transmission will last for less than 0,0175s with a resulting duty cycle of <0.175%. In 3G network, At the lowest data rate 64 kbit/s every transmission will last for less than 0,002188s with a resulting duty cycle of <0.02188%.
