The above device has capabilities of GSM900, DCS1800, W-CDMA Band I, VIII, LTE Band 1, 3, 8, 28. These functions cannot be activated by the user in case the Smart phone is used or switched on in the United States. These functions can also not be activated by the user in case the Smart phone is outside of the service area of a mobile phone network while switched on. In both cases, these functions are also not activated automatically. When the Smart phone is inside the service area of a mobile phone network, it will search all available mobile phone networks. These functions will not switch on automatically unless the Smart phone detects networks having GSM900, DCS1800, W- CDMA Band I, VIII, LTE Band 1, 3, 8, and 28 or if the Smart phone detect network having PCS1900, W-CDMA Band II LTE Band 2. Therefore these functions are never activated in the United States where there is no commercial network for those services on GSM900, DCS1800, W-CDMA Band I, VIII, LTE Band 1, 3, 8, and 28. While searching for the network the Smart phone does not transmit any signal. And Above device also has a capability LTE Band 41 partially but this particular band function only activated just in Japan. Without detecting MCC (Mobile Country Code) 440, this device will never be activated. Therefore this device never transmit any signal on band 41 in the United States.
