These functions cannot be activated by the user in case the Smart phone is used or switched on in the United States. These channels are disabled based upon PCS1900, W-CDMA Band II and LTE Band 2, 41 Mobile Country Code (MCC) checking. Channels 12 and 13 are not activated when the Smart phone switched on in the United States or the Smart phone switched on outside service area in both cases these functions are also not activated automatically. Also, the user access to all functions related to Channels 12 and 13 will be disabled where it cannot detect appropriate networks having those services and this prevents the user from manually switching on these functions.
