Declaration with regards to labelling of module 2AQVA-ONVAPAN51915 According to 47 CFR §2.925 Identification of equipment “(f) The FCC Identifier including the term “FCC ID” shall be in a size of type large enough to be readily legible, consistent with the dimensions of the equipment and its label. However, the type size for the FCC Identifier is not required to be larger than eight-point. If a device is so small that it is impractical to label it with the FCC Identifier in a font that is four-point or larger, and the device does not have a display that can show electronic labeling, then the FCC Identifier shall be placed in the user manual and must also either be placed on the device packaging or on a removable label attached to the device.” And according to RSP100 section 3.1 “If the dimensions of the product are extremely small or if it is not practical to place the label or marking on the product and electronic labelling has not been implemented, the label shall be, upon agreement with Innovation, Science and Economic Development Canada prior to certification application, placed in a prominent location in the user manual supplied with the product. The user manual may be in an electronic format and must be readily available.” we Kimberly-Clark Corporation hereby declare that it is impracticable to permanently label our device with the FCC Identifier in a font that is four-point or larger as this would require to divert functional area of the PCB to labelling and thus violate the design specification of this radio module device. In accordance to the rules quoted above the FCC/ISED ID is contained in our module integration manual and it is placed on the device packaging.
