Federal Communications Commission 7435 Oakland Mills Road Columbia, MD 21048 To whom it may concern, This is a note to describe the compliance of our antenna design for our RBS301 multipurpose sensor to be compliant with FCC Part 15.203. According to this section, “The use of a permanently attached antenna or of an antenna that uses a unique coupling to the intentional radiator shall be considered sufficient to comply with the provisions of this section.” Since the RBS301, uses a permanently attached ceramic antenna on the printed circuit board, it is not possible for the end user to change the antenna and therefore we are in compliance with this section.
