2APE3WCH-209 Cover Letter to section 5b) of KDB 680106 The EUT does comply with clauses (1), (2), (3), (4) and (6) of section 5b) of KDB 680106 v03. For clause (5) of section 5b) of KDB 680106 v03 we followed the instruction of FCC inquiry 279709. (1) Power transfer frequency is less than 1MHz. - The device operates at the frequency of 111 kHz. (2) Output power from each primary coil is less than or equal to 15 Watts. - The device is compliant according to The Qi Wireless Power Transfer System Power Class 0 Specification (BPP) of the Wireless Power Consortium. (3) The transfer system includes only single primary and secondary coils. This includes charging systems that may have multiple primary coils and clients that are able to detect and allow coupling only between individual pairs of coils. - The transfer system includes multiple primary coils and single secondary coil. (4) Client device is placed directly in contact with the transmitter. - Client device is inserted in or placed in directly contact with the transmitter. (5) Mobile exposure conditions only (portable exposure conditions are not covered by this exclusion). - Followed instruction in FCC inquiry 279709. (6) The aggregate H-field strengths at 15 cm surrounding the device and 20 cm above the top surface from all simultaneous transmitting coils are demonstrated to be less than 50% of the MPE limit. - The EUT field strength levels at 15cm surrounding the device and 20cm above the top surface is less than 50% of the MPE limit.
