Stereo Mode

How to Link Your Earbuds:
1. Pick up the two earbuds from the charging case, they will be powered on and paired
    automatically, and the right earbud (main earbud) will enter into pairing mode.
2. Search and select “T2” on your smart phone to finish your settings, there will be a
    voice prompt of “connected”.
Note: It’s Bluetooth Version 5.0 with auto power on auto power off, in order to avoid any
wrong operation, please do not press any button after taking the earbuds out from the
charging case. We suggest that only take out the right earbud (main earbud) to finish the
pairing first, then take out the left earbud, it will pair with the right earbud automatically and
enter into stereo mode.
     *In case of wrong operation, cause the two earbuds could not pair with each other, we
need to reset the earbuds to clear the pairing memories as the following steps: a) Manual
shutting down-long press the buttons for 5 seconds to power off the two earbuds; b) Long
press the two earbuds up to 20 seconds until the two earbuds finish resetting; c) Put back
the two earbuds into the charging case; d) Pick up the two earbuds from the charging
case, the right earbud(main earbud) will enter into pairing mode automatically for you to
pair with your mobile phone.
3. Power off
Put back the two earbuds into the charging case, they will auto power off and start to
charge .(or press and hold power button of anyone of the earbuds to 5 seconds until the
red indicators shine for 1 second, with the voice prompt of “Power off”.)
Notice: If the battery of the charging case is too low, when put back into the case, the
earbuds can NOT power off automatically. We can power off them by manual operation,
or charge the case.

Mono Mode

How to Link Your Earbud:
1. Pick up anyone of the earbuds from the charging case, be sure to remain another one
   in the charging case, it will power on and enter into pairing mode automatically, search
   and select “T2” on your smart phone to finish your settings, with the voice prompt of
   “connected”, then you can use the earbud separately.
   Note: If you picked up two earbuds from the charging case, they will preferentially pair
   with each other, and only the right earbud (main earbud) will enter into pairing mode,
   thus your mobile phone can only source the right earbud. Furthermore, if any one of
   the earbuds put back into the charging case, or manual shutdown, another one will
   also be powered off simultaneously.
2. Power off
Press and hold the power button up to 5 seconds until the red indicator shines for 1
second, with the voice prompt of “Power off”.


Calling
1. Answer / End a Call
Short press the power button to answer an incoming call;
Short press the power button to end a call when you are on the phone.
2. Reject a Call
Press and hold the power button up to 2 seconds to reject an coming call.
3. Volume Control
Volume+: double press the right earbud to increase the sound volume.
Volume-: double press the left earbud to reduce the sound volume.

Audio Playing
1. Press the power key to play or pause the music.
2. Long press 2 seconds the power key of the left earbud to the next track.
3. Long press 2 seconds the power key of the right earbud to the previous track.

Voice Assistant
Triple-press the power button of any earbud to activate the voice assistant (Siri or others)
with voice prompt.
Note: please make sure your mobile device supports this function.

Charging
It takes 1.5 hours to charge the earbuds fully. When the earbuds are fully charged, the
indicators of the case will turn off.

the case will turn off.

Battery Indicator
The feature of battery indicator is that the charging case indicates how much battery is
remaining. This is a very useful function especially when you wonder if you need to charge
the case.
One of the following actions will trigger this function:
1. Open the cover of the case;
2. Pick up the earbud from the case;
3. Put back the earbud in the case;
4. Charge the case or earbuds.
The three LED indicators correspond to different battery levels:
1 indicator flash: 0-33%
2 indicators flash: 33%-66%
3 indicators flash: 66%-100%

Questions and Answers
Q: Why can’t left and right earbuds connect to each other? Why can’t earbuds connect to
some devices?
A: Reset your earbuds and try again, which can solve most of connecting issues. (Reset:
as described above, power off the two earbuds first, then long press the two earbuds
button for 20 seconds until you hear all the voice prompt Power On, Pairing mode, and
two times music sound, then power on again.)
Q: Why does audio signal delay?
A: First of all, latency may be caused by the earbuds or the smart phones. Some smart
phones are not compatible well with wireless headphones. If you find audio signal delays,
please check your smart phones if the same thing happened to other wireless earbuds.
Q: Why does signal interruption occur in some situations, such as along railway, in
airport?
A: Generally, there are plenty of cables underlying in the place mentioned above, which
are more likely to produce electromagnetic interference and result in signal interruption.
Notice: it is healthy to reduce your exposure in the electromagnetic radiation.
Q: When put into the charging case, why the earbuds do not power off automatically?
A: If the battery of the charging case is completely used up, when put back into the case,
the earbuds can NOT power off automatically, please charge the case.
B: Switch contact not so good, just press the earbuds to contact them properly.
