Inquiry on 02/14/2019 : Inquiry: Pursuant to KDB 726920 D01 v01r02, section IV Exceptional Circumstances, we would like to request long term confidentiality for the following 2 items. 1 Internal Photos 2 User's Manual We request the exhibits listed above as permanently confidential be permanently withheld from public review due to materials that contain trade secrets and proprietary information not customarily released to the public. The product’s enclosure is sealed using epoxy and circuit board and internal components are not accessible to users. Also, the product will be available to the public through a designated service company under a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) for day usage at a designated location and will be collected by the service company at the end of each day. The product is not serviceable by the public and user manual will only be provided to professional technicians obligated under the NDA. Servicing will be done at the manufacturer's site or at the service company, and never in public. Please also refer to the attached sample NDA used between the manufacturer and service company as well as profession technicians.
