The subject CREATIVE OUTLIER AIR are compact handheld models, authorized under 47CFR Part 15C. The subject CREATIVE OUTLIER AIR are ear pieces, as the size of the ear pieces is too small, the FCC ID can't print on it. For this reason, CREATIVE LABS PTE LTD. proposes placing the FCC identifier in the user manual as shown in figure 1. In order to meet the requirements of 47CFR Part 2.925 (d), the user manual will be accompanied by the device when sales, as such, the FCC identifier will be readily visible to the user.
