Problem Possible Solutions

BASIC TROUBLESHOOTING (cont’d …)

• Verify that your device is on the same network as your Paradigm product.

Finally, exit and then restart the DTS Play-Fi® App. It should now find all of your Paradigm product(s).
If you are still unable to find the Paradigm product(s), perform a Reset (see page 16) on the offending
unit and re-download the DTS Play-Fi® App.
