Subject: Shooting Star Mini Indoor Aerial Entertainment System Management Plans

The Shooting Start Mini Indoor Aerial Entertainment system is designed for indoor use only. The system is
designed and complies (meets) all of the FCC requirements including Title 47 CFR Parts 15.517 and 15.521
for an UWB device. We acknowledge that the use of this system in an outdoor setting is a violation of Title 47
U.S.C 301 and we could be subjected to serious legal penalties if operated outdoors.

Operation is managed end to end until project completion by Intel Corporation (Intel). The system is
controlled by dedicated and proprietary software (Control Center) that is owned and controlled by Intel. This
software has complete control of all drones and the Anchors need to fly the drones.
As part of the product the following steps are used to ensure and maintain compliance:

   • End-to-end system designed up front and managed by Intel.
   • Intel conducts an advance site survey to ensure that the show will be performed indoors.
   • To the extent that an arena has a retractable roof, the roof will be closed during the time the system
       is in operation.
   • Intel maintains full control and responsibility over the system.

The Control Center software is pre-installed on dedicated computers. Access is protected by password so
that only the operator in charge (PMTC = person manipulating the controls, Intel) can access the Control
Center. Those computers systems are kept in Intel’s possession and will not be left behind.
The Control Center software is not publicly available and is proprietary to Intel.
The Shooting Star Mini Drones cannot be flown manually and require to be present in the volume enclosed
by the Anchors geo fence as controlled by the computer system. This is controlled by the firmware located
inside the drones.
The Anchors and drones are designed for indoor use only and have no ingress protection allowing them to
be used outdoors.
